Wednesday – Quality: 2 mi. WU, 3 X 8:00, 4 X 4:00, 2 mi. CD
Thursday – Easy: 8 miles + PM – Daycare Pickup Walk: 3 miles
Friday – Easy: 8 miles + PM – Pilates & Blitz45 (Back + Biceps)
Saturday – Easy: 7 miles
Sunday – Easy: 14 miles
